AMBOSS ACCESS LADDERS
Accessible Attic Ladders proudly supply and install Amboss Access Ladders which are made in Melbourne and cover a complete range of Access Ladders for residential and commercial.
The Access Boss is made from strong aluminium and the treads are completely welded to the styles.
It comes complete with a sturdy timber hatch frame and MDF hatch door. It also has a metal architrave neatly moulded and already fitted to the unit which saves you time when installing.
The Access Boss uses heavy duty springs and a brilliant linkage arm system for easy flowing use when opening and closing. The Ladder is available in residential and commercial models and has a cut out opening width of 570mm with a 400mm wide tread.
Amboss also make a wider opening Ladder called the Big Boss and it has a 770mm cut out opening width and a 500mm wide tread. They are available in heights up to 4000mm.
Heights over 4000mm on application.
All Amboss Folding Access Ladders comply to the BCA (Building Code of Australia) CSIRO Technical Assessment 307. The residential Ladders carry a 20yr guarantee and all commercial ladders carry a 1yr guarantee.

COMMERCIAL FIXED ACCESS LADDERS
Amboss also manufacture all types of our fixed attic / roof ladders for commercial applications.
This would include ladders like steel vertical ladders, aluminium tread ladders on incline and caged ladders.
All ladders are available with handrails, fixed or telescopic stanchions which are extending handrails that protude and retract for safety when used in conjunction with a roof hatch.

FAKRO ACCESS ATTIC LADDERS
FAKRO Access / Attic ladders are a timber residential ladder to suit most applications.
They come in various heights and openings. The treads are dovetail jointed to the styles and they are 400mm wide.
All Fakro ladders come standard with a handrail. The hatch is fully insulated and has a rececessed turn locking system.
It also comes in a white finish and has white architraves to match.
The hatch is controlled by a clever spring system which controls the tension of the hatch door for ease when opening and closing.
They are available in two widths, the standard width opening has a cut out of 565mm wide and the wider opening has a cut out of 690mm.

ENZIE ROOF SPACE LADDERS
Enzie Roof Space Ladders are a complete folding ladder available in either aluminium or timber.
In the Deluxe series the access hatch is fully insulated and has a unique gas strut tension arm that controls the tension when opening and closing the hatch, making it very smooth and comfortable to use.
It has an recessed turning lock and an pvc architrave already moulded to the hatch.
The complete underside of hatch and architrave comes in a white finish so theres no need for painting. Enzie also have an economy timber ladder which is available for ceiling heights up to 2700.
DELUXE ma 2600 for ceiling heights up to 2600. Cut out opening size required 1125 x 580.
Swing out clearance required for ladder section 1500 and rest point 1350.
DELUXE ma 1221 (3+1 tele) for ceiling heights between 2600 - 3000. Cut out opening size required 1125 x 580.
Swing out clearance required 1800 max and rest point 1450.
YOUNGMAN LOFT LADDERS
Youngman Loft Ladders come in a wide varity and have different variations between conventional folding ladders and sliding ladders.
The Easiway 3 section sliding ladder is a light duty ladder with a weight capacity of 100kgs.
It is most useful for fitting into smaller spacers as they don't require as much space to work in.
They fit differntly to a convential folding ladder as they fix to the top edge of the rafter or floor inside your ceiling space.
They then slide together and push up into the roof space and store away inside the ceiling cavity.
They are a stand alone ladder and are seperate to the hatch. We carry standard hatches with a cut out opening of 905 x 555 but we can make a hatch to suit your existing opening.
Because of the way they work and fit to the loft they are great ladders for use where you want to get access to a mezzanine floor. They would fit to the outside of the floor saving you from having to cut through your floor. The Easiway is suitable for a floor to top of floor height up to 3000. It will fit into loft minimum size of 432 wide x 508 long. You will need a vertical clearance height of 750 above the floor and 1050 behind the entrance point of the loft. The tread is 275 wide x 50 deep. The Easiway is a great ladder for both ceiling and mezzanine applications and is very easy to use.
The Deluxe 2 section slider works in exactly the same way but is a more heavy duty ladder. It has a load capacity of 150kgs and comes with two handrails. The Deluxe slider will work for floor to floor heights of 2310 - 3250. It will fit into a loft opening 508 wide and 686 long minimum. You will need a vertical clearance height of 1030 above the loft floor and 1600 behind the entrance point of the loft. The tread is 385 wide x 77 deep. The Deluxe is the ultimate mezzanine floor access ladder.
The Youngman Eco is a sturdy Timber Access Ladder that comes with solid treads 340 wide x 80 deep. The Eco also comes with a standard handrail and fits into an opening 1175 x 576. The maximum swing clearance needed is 1660 from the hinge end and rests at around 1300.
